European Union state aid law requires member states to publish certain information on a website.

These include Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2472 and paragraph 128 of the European Union framework for state aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas (2022/C 458/01).

  • the short descriptions of exempt aid the full text of the aid measures Information about each individual grant that exceeds the following contributions:
  • 10,000 euros for aid recipients active in primary agricultural production;
  • 100 000 euros for aid recipients engaged in the processing or marketing of agricultural products or in forestry or carrying out activities not covered by Article 42 TFEU.
